Joseph King has had a passion for flowers, plants, and trees since his teenage years. What started as curiosity quickly became a lifelong pursuit of learning, growing, and mastering the craft of landscaping.
Today, Landscape King serves Baton Rouge, Prairieville, and surrounding areas with a reputation for thoughtful design, quality execution, and consistent results across projects of all sizes.

Joseph began working at Clegg’s Nursery in 2010, where he spent five years learning the fundamentals of plants, soil, and landscape care.
What started as side work quickly grew into something bigger. As his experience expanded, so did his understanding of what thrives in the southern environment and how to design landscapes that last.
He went on to earn a degree in Turf and Landscape Management from LSU, solidifying both the practical and technical foundation behind Landscape King.
Today, that same mindset continues to guide every project: do it right, stay consistent, and deliver an experience clients can trust.
